Thank you so much for introducing me to the model 7212 food vending trailer. This was my first venture into the hot dog business and this trailer made it easy to sell hot dogs. Everything from the coolers and steamtable are well laid out and functional. The 24" grill makes it easy for me to fry the potatoes for my Italian style hot dogs and cook cheesteak sandwiches at the same time. The stainless steel makes it all so easy to keep clean. I can hardly beleive that it has already been a year since I started this business. Since then I have DOUBLED my business. I would highly recommend this working hot dog trailer to anybody that would like to start a new business or take a step up to quality from an existing business.
