Stainless Steel Hot & Cold water tanks carry 4 gallons each, with a 10 gallon Stainless Steel waste holding tank which is easily emptied with a 1” quick release ball valve.
Water lines are copper and are easily accessible.

Cooler Compartment
Our well-insulated 3 cu. ft. Stainless Steel cooler holds approx. 90- 12oz. cans. Additional 28” deep cold storage compartment is standard on a Hot Dog Concession Trailer For Sale. Steamtable Area
Steaming Area is 42”L X 12”W. Cart comes with 6” deep Stainless Steel cooking pots. The largest pot (2/3) 14”x 12” is used for your cooking (steaming) area. This pot is also on its own direct heat burner. The other pots 3-(1/3) & 2- (1/6) set into a water bath which will allow you to expand your menu by warming rolls, precooked foods, sauces,& even soups without burning.
Burner System
Each Hot Dog Concession Trailer For Sale comes with Stainless Steel twin burners & gas safety valves that can be regulated separately. This system is mounted on a Stainless Steel tray, which can be easily removed for service. There is also a burner under the hot water tank that is also on a gas safety valve. Dry Storage Area
Large area w/locking lift up door under burner & cooler area. Display case with shelf features sliding plexi-glass doors w/lots of room for rolls or any dry storage.
